Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Brownies are the moistest, most incredibly rich and gooey, chocolaty brownies with pumpkin chocolate chips you will ever make! Plus, it only takes 4 ingredients for all this yumminess!
Happy Autumn Everyone! It’s time for one of my favorite holidays…Halloween! And why do I love All Hallows’ Eve so much? Well, because dear old friends and neighbors shower you with decadent chocolates and candies (now who doesn’t love that tradition?)!!
To be frank, I have always adored chocolate, especially after dinner. Just a tiny bite will do. You can usually find a small stash somewhere in my pantry because you never know when there will be a “chocolate emergency” in my home.
So, the other day I finally decided to pick up a box of Trader Joe’s Brownie Truffle Baking Mix. I had heard great things about it and at only $2.99 I figured it would come in handy when I had my next chocolate craving. This TJ’s baking mix features Dutch-processed cocoa and chocolate chips, in addition to other all-natural ingredients. All you need to do is stir in melted butter and some eggs, and you’re ready to go. Time to make some Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Brownies!
I wanted to “Halloween it up” because I can’t leave well enough alone and I think the fall colors are so vibrant and festive. So, I added some pumpkin spice morsels (pumpkin flavored chocolate chips) to the batter and sprinkled some Halloween candies on top. Well, who knew something so quick and easy could be so delicious! I have tried my share of brownie mixes and I have to say this is one of the best I have consumed. It is amazingly fudgy and decadent! These Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Brownies have a deep chocolate flavor, very rich and actually melt in your mouth. I must say it’s pretty fabulous for a pre-packaged brownie mix to have so much intense flavor. They are definitely worth trying. So get out your favorite chocolate chips, your seasonal sprinkles and please give them a whirl. You will be so glad you did! Happy Halloween Everyone!
